Tripsdrill Amusement Park
80 years young and not a bit tired: Tripsdrill amusement park, located not far from Stuttgart and Heilbronn, was founded in 1929 and after more than 80 years is still a big attraction for young and not so young visitors.
80 successful years

Mammut wooden rollercoaster
The wooden rollercoaster “Mammut” (Mammoth), the very first wooden rollercoaster in Southern Germany which stands 90 feet high and took 5 years to plan and construct. Mammut is the very first themed wooden rollercoaster anywhere in the world: The trains are designed to look like tree trunks which clatter through a sawmill at 50 mph.
Tripsdrill’s “Mammut” wins “Best New Attraction of 2009” award
For 5 years now the internet site Parkscout.de has been inviting its readers to evaluate German amusment parks in various categories. Tripsdrill also won second place in the category “best employee in an amusment park" and was placed third in the categories ”best food” and “best value for money.”
Being happy keeps you young
