Pullman City Western Town

Fun and entertainment for the whole family

Experience the authentic daily life of cowboys and Native Americans in the Old West

Pullman City Western Town is located in the heart of Europe in the beautiful countryside at the foot of the Bavarian woods, close to Austria and the Czech Republic - in the spa resort of Eging am See where it’s easy to switch off from the daily routine. Pullman City first opened its gates to visitors in May in May 1997; since then more than 4.5 million people have enjoyed the authentic Western experience.

In an area covering approximately 20 hectares, Pullman City Western town offers great family entertainment - such as a ride in a covered wagon, pony riding, or panning for gold in the Goldwash Camp. Riding on the miniature steam railway or on a mechanical rodeo bull are included in the entry fee. There's a children’s play area too. Adventurous spirits will enjoy a day’s ride on an American Quarter horse - naturally seated on an authentic Western saddle.

Entertainment includes Western shows - bows and arrows, tomahawks, knife throwing - Native American stunt trick riding shows, Native American dancing displays and square dancing, Western riding and lassoing displays, magic shows with Doc Magic Giuseppe. There are also lassoing, line dancing or cattle penning courses.

Daily shows

Daily shows encapsulate the idea of the Wild West as a place of unlimited opportunites with emphasis on non-violent entertainment and our relationship to animals and nature. There are no wild shootouts, bank robberies or hanging scenes like in the movie High Noon. Instead the American History Show - one of Pullman City’s biggest attractions - is a non-violent journey in time through American history in which the half-blood Cheyenne Indian Hunting Wolf chases his bison herd and cowboys drive cattle through Main Street.

Live music

Listen to live Country & Western music while enjoying a cool drink in the Western saloon or the music hall. Dance to C&W music in the music hall. Or experience campfire romantic with a tasty steak from the BBQ.

New for the 2011 season: Little Pullman
