For couples, whose desire for a child cannot be realised in a natural way for a variety of reasons, we offer the opportunity to diagnose and treat the causes, in order to make a pregnancy possible.


We are a team of highly qualified, experienced doctors, biologists, medical technical assistants and medical secretaries. We work in accordance with the most current knowledge available, and our clinic is equipped with the most modern laboratory devices and possibilities, so that we can help you to get a child using the best means. Types of therapy

  • Homologous intrauterine insemination (IUI)

    This insemination is method of choice in the case of minor reduction of the sperm quality. In addition to that, there must be at least one unobstructed fallopian tube.

    In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)

    The In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) includes all procedures needed for fertilising egg cells outside of the body.

    ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection)

    Microinjection of i.c. sperm into the oocyte

  • Assisted Hatching

    The hatching of an embryo is an absolute requirement and a natural process.

    EMBRYOGLUE

    Better chances for nidation of embryos due to EmbryoGlue.

    MESA/TESE

The Trier Fertility Clinic is a member of the fertility initiative of Rhineland-Palatinate.

The active group consists of 13 doctors as well as further 55 employees such as medical assistants, medical technical assistants, biologists, laboratory clinicians or psychologists, who advise and treat childless couples in a responsible and helpful way.
