Repairs and Parts Service

The Phoenix repair and parts department boasts a 30 year tradition and has accumulated an excellent reputation for their competence and reliability at a reasonable price.

Repairs can be carried out on equipment from practically every manufacturer, past and present, ranging from tape machines and amps from by-gone years, to HiFi units, analog turntables and TV's. Phoenix will be glad to make you a quote which can be deducted from subsequent repair costs. (€ 25,-)

Pick-up Cartridges & Turntables

Phoenix offers a complete cartridge installation and turntable sevice including the procurement of replacement drive belts, parts and cleaning agents.

For the precise installation of a new cartridge special tools and a good measure of top level experience is required, otherwise a valuable record collection as well as the pick-up can be irreparably damaged not to mention the damage to your audio pleasure.

Insurance Expertise

Phoenix offer a professional expertise to enable you to submit the relevant claims (e.g. equipment failure due to lightning, theft, etc.) to your insurance company.

Oldie Restoration

To accomodate a growing demand and increase in interest in the classic HiFi equipment from the 70's and 80's The Phoenix HiFi Sudio offers a restoration and modification service for all relevant phono components (capacitors, transistors, rectifiers, power cables, etc.).
