Happy Halloween at Holiday Park
October: family fun with King Pumpkin and his cheerful spirit world and an extra programme with extended opening hours
Experience sweet-sour scary fun with “Happy Halloween”
In October everything focuses on “Happy Halloween” in the Holiday Park for the entire month. The big autumn event inspires its guests with colourful street entertainment, elaborate pumpkin decoration, extended opening hours and, of course, riding attractions and shows for the whole family.
In the middle of the autumn ambience of the Holiday Park King Pumpkin and his lackeys demonstrate their royal court: in fanciful, royal costumes they celebrate the brightly coloured reign of the pumpkin together with the guests. The plump autumn fruit – together with the straw bales, scarecrows and flowers – are located next to the places and paths of the park in all forms and colours.
From funny to creepy: great fun for all Halloween fans
There is also pure Halloween entertainment with the street entertainers of the Holiday Park. In their horrible-beautiful costumes they have fun in playing cheerful tricks on the guests and, of course, also are available for photo sessions with their small and big fans. And everybody who likes a creepy atmosphere should definitely not miss a ride through the dark rooms of the “Castle Falkenstein". During the scary season frightening and horrifying live creatures are bustling there with their original outfits… Prickling tension also awaits the Halloween fans of each age in the early evening hours. On 15, 22, 29 and 31 October the Holiday Park is open until 7 p.m. and mysteriously illuminated.
The diverse attractions of the Holiday Park provide more “Happy Halloween”. The “Anubis Free Fall Tower” with a height of 70 metres kidnaps the visitors into a world of the mysterious serial boarding school “The House Anubis” in a free fall. The award-winning huge roller coaster “Expedition GeForce” also promises thrill, which speeds through the autumn forest with 120 km/h. The popular water attraction “Devil’s Barrel” also implies devilish riding pleasure.
However, also the youngest can experience real leisure park adventure. Around well-known TV-figures like Maya the Bee or Tabaluga there are six new attractions – “Maya’s Flower Tower”, the free-fall tower for brave kids, over the carousel “Mr. Frog” until the canal tour “Tabaluga’s Adventure”.
