This year Austria hosts the 4th American Football World Championships. Eight teams will compete to reach the finals in the Ernst Happel Stadium, Vienna on July 15 and 16

Austria 2011: Eight Nations, one goal
Australia, Germany, France, Mexico, Canada, Japan, defending champion USA, and Austria will compete for the title of World Champion.

In Group A, the USA, Germany, Mexico and Australia will face off in the Tivoli Stadium in Innsbruck. Teams in Group B from Austria, Japan, Canada and France will fight it out in the UPC Arena in Graz.

The American Football World Championship is one of Austria's largest sporting events in 2011. Before and after the games, there will be parties with music and entertainment for young and old, from bouncing castles to bull riding.
